THE QUESTIONS QUESTIONS QUESTIONS: WING: What is your favorite part of being a professional
wakeboarder?
BEN: The travel part is always cool, but I would say my favorite
part is working hard on certain tricks at home, to get them on film
and see the final product in a video section.
WING: What does the “job” part of being a professional wakeboarder
consist of?
BEN: Making sure your schedule can handle being in 5 different
places within a few days. Sometimes we feel like our own
personal travel agents.
WING: Where have you travelled to for contests/ Photo shoots/
Training?
BEN: Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Hong
Kong, Switzerland, Italy, Wales, Ireland, Singapore
WING: Where do you think wakeboarding is going to go from where it
is now?
BEN: I'd say the younger generation is catching on more to the
training aspect of the sport. As much as we all love to ride,
it is still a sport and the more work you put in, the more you get
out of it.
WING: How has wakeboarding changed your life?
BEN: It has brought me from the cold Northeastern part of the US,
down to Florida. After I graduated from college, I decided to
give my life to the sport, and this is where I ended up!
